We have a home gym with the above treadmill - unfortunately the 'Start' button has stopped working and we wanted to have this repaired. It could be that there is a loose connection on the ribbon cable in the console or it may be that the membrane keypad is failing. Either way, I would suggest a diagnosis as being the pace to start. Ribbon cable connections can be fixed quite easily fixed but a new keypad would be more expensive
